Privacy Policy
Effective: August 2026. Applies to visitors in all regions, including under India’s DPDP Act and US state privacy laws.
Who this covers
This policy currently covers only the marketing site and its early-access form. It does not yet cover the Shopify app itself (catalog access, sampled AI answers, citations, usage data). That app isn’t published yet, and this page will be rewritten to cover it before it is.
What we collect today
- Early-access signups: your email address and, if you choose to share it, your Shopify store domain. That’s it: no tracking pixels, no ad cookies, no analytics profiles.
What we use it for
One purpose: contacting you about aisle’s launch and your early-access spot. We don’t sell, rent, or share your details with anyone, and we don’t send marketing beyond what you signed up for.
Where it’s stored, and for how long
On hosted infrastructure (Vercel for the site; a database provider for signup records once the backend is live), protected by standard security controls, access limited to the aisle team. Early-access signup records are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until the early-access period ends and the record either converts to a real account or is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely: email hello@getaisle.io. We honor deletion requests within 7 days, for everyone, regardless of jurisdiction.
Changes
If this policy changes materially before launch, we’ll email the waitlist rather than quietly editing this page.
